  • Handled the monthly payroll for the total of 198 foreign workers working on the railway projects Klang Valley Double Track 1 (KVDT 1) and Klang Valley Double Track 2 (KVDT 2) sites.
  • Travelled to India to conduct interview sessions for foreign applicants for general workers and also for professional technical positions such as engineers and track specialists in 5 different India states. These candidates could be general workers or expatriates.
  • Supervised foreign workers welfare such as their health condition, accommodation, working transport and personal matters as well.
  • Involved in the process of foreign workers passport and work permit new submission and renewal at immigration and embassy.
  • Handled the repatriation and clearance procedures for recently arrived foreign workers at KLIA 1 and KLIA 2.
  • Engaged and managed the documentation of foreign workers at Selangor Immigration, and Putrajaya Immigration (HQ) and also FWCMS.
  • Handled foreign workers medical checkups, FOMEMA procedures before their employment.
  • Conducted an induction for each newly recruited foreign employees together with the safety department's involvement.
  • Travelled to all KVDT 1 (Selangor and Kuala Lumpur areas) and KVDT 2 (Negeri Sembilan areas) sites to resolve any issues that appeared for the foreign workers and the local staff as well.

  • Performed payroll for all Shopee hubs in Klang Valley and Non-Klang Valley for part-time drivers and riders
  • Accomplished in submitting all the part-time billing reports to all the part-time agencies daily
  • Collaborated with the Fleet Team to ensure the process of payroll end-to-end was smooth
  • Handled all drivers' and riders' rejected payment issues and ensured they got the payments from their respective agencies as soon as possible
  • Succeeded in ensuring the total amounts for all 19 part-time agencies' monthly invoices received for the month were tallied with our records to proceed to the finance for the release of payments
  • Responsible for investigating and liaising with all Shopee Express hub supervisors in peninsular Malaysia regarding any issues with their drivers and riders' daily payments if any
  • Achieved to check reports are all sent correctly to all the part-time drivers and rider's agencies by the end of the day daily
  • Managed to hold and release the driver's and rider's salary because of cash on delivery issues and if the hubs were unable to reach the driver's and rider's bank details as well.
  • Support the Shopee Express HR team in all sorts of administrative tasks such as checking staff's attendance, record keeping and registering agency driver and rider part-timers' personal details
  • Managed to update the monthly headcount for every region for all Shopee Express hubs and sorting centers
  • Conducted site visits to Shopee's Johor, Pulau Pinang, Melaka and Terengganu hubs and sorting centers to understand more about employees' and business needs
  • Managed for selecting suitable vendors for cleaners, hygiene products and pest control for each new Shopee warehouse opened in each region, as well as ensure the performance of all vendors
  • Assisted in distributing Shopee onboarding kits for every Shopee's new joiner and linehauling them to be delivered around peninsular Malaysia every week
  • Anticipated in conducting a mass covid test for warehouse sorters
  • Responsible for checking whether all staff applying for the event allowance are eligible or not to get paid.

  • Program Director - KUIS Department of Economic and Management Week (2020) : I successfully being a program director and directed a week-long event with a variety of programs for the KUIS students by planned, organized and implementing career talks for human resources, economy, halal management and business career talks by the invited panels, sports activities such as Malaysia traditional games and extreme sport such as a kayak. There are also academic activities held such as debate and spelling bee competitions.
