- Sourcing for packaging materials such as bottle, label printing, carton and finished goods per requested from product management and sales department
- Monitor & tracking all project & new development via updating the Procurement's Project Status Update. For completed project, all data & input will be compiled for references & documentation purpose.
- Supplier need to update & submit QAF (Quotation Analysis Form) for any price adjustment requested by them. It will be checked, verified & approved before the new price effective.
- Urgently visit the respective supplier for ADHOC meeting & site verification for any issue related to delivery (supplier can't commit to our request item & delivery date) & quality (supplier can't meet our requirement). Any improvement will be monitored & verified to avoid repeated issue happen.
- Check & monitor company's assets & tools for the condition & performance. During supplier audit, will verify for any SCAR issuance & check for any improvement been implemented or not.
- Dealing with Group Legal for checking & endorsing the LOA & Agreement. Any amendment or changes must get consent from both parties (Supplier & UMW Lubetech) & need to follow up (signatory) until completed.
- Engage & explore with supplier for cost down activity without compromising the quality & requirement.
- Practise & doing job based on our ISO 9001 requirement. If found any improvement or enhancement needed in process or procedure, will discuss & propose for better result.
