Job Scopes:
Liaised between authorities, clients, stakeholders and community to improve communication and relations.

■ Responsible on land matters, quit rent, search and title deeds.

Project Incharge:
1. PHASE 6A (Aster 1) ‑ 84 Units of Cluster Houses & 14 Units Of Semi‑Detached Houses.
2. PHASE 6B (Aster 2) ‑ 84 Units Double Storey Semi Detached
3. PHASE 4B (D'Lagoon) ‑ 2 Blocks Apartment 20 Storey (204 units) with
facilities and 57 Units of Three Strata Terrace House
4. PHASE 7B (Camelia) ‑ 20 Storey (300 units) Apartment consisting of 150
units per tower and podium.
5. PHASE 7A (Dahlia) ‑ 222 Units of 2-storey Terrace House
6. Defect works for that unit houses completed.
Job Scopes:
1. To assist HoS in monitoring cash flow, the progress of work and the stage of completion of the assigned project and prepare reports and submit them periodically
2. To ensure that the constructions works are within the building specification, budget time frame and approved construction drawings
3. To liaise with respective consultants and contractors with regards to the assigned projects, e.g. on the authorities' requirement, SHE issues
4. To assist HoS in conducting the site meeting, defects meeting and preparing minutes of defects meeting or any other ad-hoc meeting.
5. To assist HoS to attend the defect complaint and ensure the rectification
works are completed within the time frame.
6. To ensure any authority matters that arise during the project's progress or after the project is completed are attended
7. To assist HoS in monitoring the projects, which include documentation and Site Management processes to comply with Standard Operating Procedures and Project Management Procedures.
8. To ensure that the quality of work is within the standard benchmark set by Company.
9. To assist and do regular checking, update and audit all PMP and SOP-related documentation and the requirement for the assigned project.
10. To liaise with the authorities with regard to the inspection of the projects site.
11. To assist HoS in carrying out QAQC inspection for an in-progress project.
12. To assist HoS in preparing post-mortem reports on completed projects for future reference and continuous improvement.
13. To assist HoS in carrying out project claims evaluation
14. To arrange the pre-delivery inspection with other departments before
handing over the unit to the purchaser.
15. To arrange and carry out handing over the inspection with the township
department for handing over of projects upon expiration of DLP.
16. To take instructions and assignments by superior from time to time as and when required.
