MRT Putrajaya Line Defect Liability Period (DLP) and Asset & Operation Management

• Lead efforts to oversee the System FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System) for S&TCS and APG/PSD, ensuring timely resolution of defects reported by operators and maintenance teams.
• Coordinate and manage technical workshops focused on DLP activities and operational incidents, ensuring effective resolutions and improvements.
• Conduct comprehensive asset performance audits in alignment with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) standards following ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 guidelines, leveraging Internal Auditor training.
• Utilize failure analysis techniques to identify root causes of signaling equipment failures and implement targeted corrective actions.
• Collaborate with MRT Kajang Line (KGL) team to execute level 4 and 5 maintenance programs based on findings from failure analysis. Initiate Phase 1 of signaling recondition program to enhance asset performance, prolong equipment lifespan, and manage obsolescence effectively.

MRT Putrajaya Line

• Successfully delivered the Putrajaya Line Project within budgetary constraints. Managed and facilitated Pemeriksaaan Cermat Akhir (PCA) with APAD and led pre-handover activities to Operators for S&TCS and APG/PSD systems.
• Supervised, reviewed, and approved design deliverables, specifications, and documentation throughout Concept Design, Preliminary Design, and Final Design Review phases for S&TCS and APG/PSD.
• Provided technical expertise during installation and played a pivotal role in Testing & Commissioning (T&C) phases for S&TCS and APG&PSD. Ensured adherence to project standards and regulatory requirements while collaborating with diverse teams to integrate signaling designs with other railway systems.
• Developed Trial Operation Test Cases and actively participated in Trial Operation Test Case Committee to ensure readiness and compliance with operational standards.
• Managed relationships with Turnkey Contractors, Operators, and stakeholders by organizing and leading meetings and workshops. Ensured alignment on project milestones, facilitated progress, and addressed challenges proactively.

MRT Putrajaya Line

• Supervised, reviewed, and approved design deliverables, specifications, and documentation for S&TCS and APG/PSD systems throughout Concept Design, Preliminary Design, and Final Design Review stages.
• Provided hands-on technical support during installation phases and played a crucial role in the Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for S&TCS and APG&PSD systems, ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Effectively liaised with Turnkey Contractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones. Managed relationships with Contractors, Operators, and other stakeholders through proactive meetings and workshops, facilitating smooth project progression and timely completion of activities.
• Provided technical expertise throughout all phases of project, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications.

MRT Kajang Line

• Assisted Bombardier Testing and Commissioning (T&C) Manager with on-board signal equipment tasks, including writing method statements, hands-on installation, and Work Instruction creation.
• Monitored quality issues, defects, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely resolution and closure. Managed Signal Onboard Equipment Configuration Management and prepared documentation for static and dynamic T&C reports.
• Conducted Electric Train testing and commissioning activities, including static and dynamic tests, troubleshooting, and closing T&C open points with the Project Delivery Partner (PDP).
• Participated in Bombardier training sessions and contributed to project specifications, enhancing knowledge base and project efficiency.

• Designed and engineered District Cooling plants and cogeneration projects.
• Prepared technical specifications and proposals.
• Managed project feasibility studies and conducted tendering bids.
