Job Description & Achievement
1. Leadership and management – To lead and inspire teams through effective organizations, communications and time management.
- Created new roles (Field VM Specialist) to support Malaysia operation. Developed potential talent to fill up the new roles.
- Achieved high rating in Engagement Survey within team member reporting under Central region.
- Reducing wages cost by implementing reorganization and created Multi Store Manager roles to overseeing more than 1 stores.
2. Training and Development of Team – All team development needs are met and continually to coach and develop my team.

- Lead the induction and training Multi Store Manager within Malaysia and Singapore . Mentoring new MSM in their JD and roles.
3. Recruitment – Ensuring vacancies within my region are managed efficiently. Liaise with recruitment department to analyze manpower requirement for every store. Responsible for interviewing and decide on hiring after present to Retail Manager.
4. Customer Service – Ensure all team members maintain an exceptional level of customer service and operate with a customer first attitude. Monitor customer feedback via our Net Promoter Score and react to it accordingly.
- Strong NPS result in FY24. Total score of 85 points for customer satisfaction thru customer feedback.
5. Store Presentation and Visual Merchandising – Visual Merchandising practices are driven through directives, documents and any other supporting initiative, whilst maintaining brand vision and DNA. Liaise with VM department for any VM trial store setup. Monitor weekly trade update change and monthly VM change.
6. Sales & KPI Performance – to achieve sales and KPI target as per company benchmark. Measurement is based on year to year comparison. Monitor all store Sales & KPI in daily and weekly basis thru sales report provided by system and react accordingly in order to achieve targets.
- 4 stores under Central region won Global award for Peak Incentive in FY24.
- Achieved 2nd in highest Sales Growth % within Global market
7. Inventory Management – Ensuring stock is at correct levels within my area in partnership with Supply Chain team to achieve sales and KPI targets. Liaise with Loss & Prevention team for stock take practice on yearly basis.
- 7 stores achieved Green result for stock take exercise in 2023/2024.
8. Rostering and Wages Control – Achievement of wage targets within my region. Accurate Payroll management. Liaise with payroll department for any related issue occurs. Forecasting for weekly store hours on monthly basis with Retail Manager.

9. Risk & Compliance – Adhering to Group risk and compliance policies and procedures through team training and development.
- Manage region which are consists of 7 stores – 3 stores in Klang Valley, 2 stores in Penang, 1 stores in Kedah and 1 outlet store in Pahang (Genting Premium Outlet).
- Used to manage also stores in Kuching, Sarawak on last assigned region.
- Headcount under the region – 11 full timers which consists Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Store Supervisor. Besides that, more than 35 part timers reporting under same region.
