1. Shell Café + Shop Upgrade Projects (SCSU) – 150 sites
- Where existing shell convenience store offering which is the Deli 2 Go will be upgraded to Shell cafe. Shell café will provide a wider selection of food and drinks offered than Deli 2 Go.
- Shop Upgrade is a work where the current existing generation 4 Shell Select convenience store will be upgraded to Shell Select Generation 5. This includes renovating most part of the shell select convenience store to upgrade its looks and feel of the shell selects. Changes its shop arrangements, the formats, plumbing, electrical and structures if required.
2. Shell Café Reskin (SC) – 50 sites
- Converting existing Shell Deli 2 Go to Shell café by renovating and upgrading the existing Deli 2 Go arrangements.
3. Shell café Light Touch (SCLT) – 3 sites
- Reskin the existing Shell Deli 2 Go to Shell Café by retaining the minimum desired look and feel by reusing most part of existing Deli 2 Go furniture’s and equipment’s. This is to open more Shell Café in a CAPEX constraint environment.
4. Shell Café Retrofit (SCR) – 67 sites
- Batch 1,2 and 3 of Shell Café which consist of 67 sites where its been constructed earlier need to add new offering where 3 nos new equipment to be retrofit in the current module in Existing Shell Café
5. Project Relay (RELAY) - 75 sites
- Re-arrangement of the current shop layout based on the site cluster recommendation (focusing on existing gondolas, ice cream freezers)
- Supply and install new gondola/floor chiller/food warmer for any new/additional category added into the layout (if applicable – based on the recommendation given)
- Add in or remove any new plug points/bar table/furniture (if applicable – based on the recommendation given)
6. Project Galaxy (Clip Out) – Feasibility Studies
Feasibility studies on clip out project where Clip- Out Modular is a portable remote cabin which provides the best platform for food offering. Cabins are designed in a small scale, so that it can typically placed at any location ie: high-traffic areas to attract more people. This approach shortens the customer waiting time and streamlines kitchen staff duties for a particular sales.The clip-out module are designed with a basic methodology.
