I'm an experienced for hotel environment especially F&B Department and seeking a waiters position where I can improve my knowledge and skill.

As my first job training at The Light Hotel Penang, Malaysia, I helped my supervisor set tables early in the morning and then handled breakfast. After a month, I moved to the bar. I learned to make cocktails, mocktails, and open wine. I usually worked in the executive lounge. I prepared food, replenished toiletries, cleaned the area, and finally closed the executive lounge. Occasionally, I helped with banquets, such as weddings.
As a Banquet Attendant at ASTON Hotel & Conference Madiun, my responsibilities include preparing and setting up banquet venues for events, ensuring they meet the required standards. I am actively involved in serving guests during the event, providing excellent hospitality, and maintaining a professional atmosphere. Committed to contributing to the success of the event, I collaborate with the banquet team to provide an unforgettable experience for guests at ASTON Hotel.

- Good communication and customer service (greeting, listening, and assisting customers), I am ble to greet customers in a friendly manner, assist them with menu selections, inform them about special menu items, and handle dietary requirements I am active listening: Listening to and understanding customer needs, including order details and other important information, and remembering order details for better service

- Teamwork (communicating and assisting coworkers) Interacting effectively with customers and coworkers, including using polite body language and hand gestures while working

Traveling is also a way to face fears and grow as an individual by trying new things outside of my comfort zone.
