Main Project: Collaborative Robot (Cobot) Development

• Contributed to the design and development of a collaborative robot (cobot), focusing on critical structural and protective components.
• Pedestal Design: Designed the pedestal that serves as the base for the cobot, ensuring stability, load-bearing capacity, and easy integration with the cobot’s robotic arm and control systems.
• Cover Design: Led the design of the protective cover, ensuring the safety of internal components and providing aesthetic and functional protection against environmental factors.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure the mechanical components integrated seamlessly with the overall robotic system and met safety and performance standards.

Side Project: Automation of Palletization System

• Contributed to the design and implementation of an automated palletization system, aimed at improving operational efficiency in material handling.
• End Effector Design: Designed the end effector, the component at the end of the robot arm responsible for performing tasks such as gripping, picking, and placing objects during the palletizing process. Focused on ensuring precision, durability, and seamless integration with the robotic arm.
• System Layout Design: Responsible for the system layout design, which included the design and integration of key components such as the base, pedestal, and retractable wing for the Lidar sensor. Ensured that all elements were optimized for functionality, stability, and ease of maintenance.
• Worked closely with automation teams to ensure the system met operational requirements and industry standards for safety, efficiency, and ease of maintenance.

• Managed workshop inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and organizing supplies for efficient workflow
• Assisted in manual labor tasks including equipment maintenance, assembly, and fabrication to support workshop operations
• Developed a comprehensive manual for a 3D printer, documenting operational procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices
• Conducted research and gathered information from technical resources to ensure accuracy and completeness of the printer manual
• Collaborated with workshop staff to gather feedback and incorporate improvements into the 3D printer manual
• Demonstrated adaptability and versatility by balancing responsibilities in inventory management and technical documentation creation
• Gained practical experience in workshop operations and technical writing, enhancing skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving
