Provide technical leadership and guidance to all staff engaged in project and be accountable for the technical integrity of all project deliverables; technical drawings, calculations, simulation transients, steady-state, technical specifications, Material Requisitions, Technical bid evaluations, schedules, Work volumes by industry standards, codes, and client specifications on the Well testing, Well services, Well intervention, Well Integrity, Production, and Water injection system.
Responsibilities are as below :
• Defined project engineering scope of work, deliverables, and requirements based on the contract scope of work, relevant company specifications, and other governing documents.
• Responsible for the Operation, Installation, and maintenance of equipment (Subsea Production Equipment, Subsea Controls, Topside Controls, HPUs, Intervention Workover Control Systems (IWOCS), Lightwell Intervention) in accordance with the company's recommended procedures, methods & guides.
• Established a design basis for well testing SWT-Subsea-DST-TCP, well intervention Coil-tubing, CoilHose, slickline and wireline, and production and water injection disciplines at the start of a project, including a common engineering area documentation, specifications, and other relevant design documents are communicated.
• Performed a design and Planned the Engineering project schedule activities on projects and tenders according to the business mapping execution model.
• Performed technical, operational, new technology, and HSE risks and put in place sensible mitigating measures to reduce these risks and set up procedures such as Emergency Response, SISO, and Oil Spill Contingency Plans.
• Developed and provided project BER and AFE's well and managed total project cost expenditure, project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and completion reports.

The main role is providing technical assurance of well completion design, intervention testing, and production technologies) through a collaborative working model environment and doing sensitivity engineering in the development field engineering plan, and boosting production.
Conduct technical reviews and verification of well completion design, prepare a well abandonment program, prepare cost estimates and AFEs for the drilling phase and committee member gate review project, FMEA, CWOP/TWOP, ETRC, JTRC, and WPB for deliberation, and part as a technical assurance team.
Responsibilities are as per the following:
• Managed and coordinated the project from the exploration team as part of PMT to stakeholder internal and external JV projects. Led team on the completion/sand face design in the Mop-Up (marginal field development) and unconventional delivery team, design, engineering, drilling, completion strategies and test well, extensive development feasibility to match the minimum economic field size.
• Performed Design, review, and monitor Well Testing hardware & program, PFD, P&ID, vibration, noise, heat radiation, and safety process and applied new technologies to achieve testing objectives and enhance the test results well for Field Development studies.
• Performed plan, engineering, contract support, procurement support for tangible inventory, and execution of downhole parameter and temperature parameter, well-servicing operations for workover, slackline, wireline, coiled tubing, stimulation, and fishing.
• Performed a design, analysis, review, and ensured the completion and fit-for-purpose artificial lift ESP/GL design, HPHT, High rate for each project development on the Minimum Economic Field Size based on data exploration/Appraisal.
• Built on well modeling and network preparation, validation, and update by simulation a (PROSPER/GAPS/Shappire), and performed the diagnostic analysis of wells to determine reasons for low productivity of wells.
• Managed a scoping, budgetary, and AFE level completion well level and ACV for contractual purposes, monitor field costs, and analyze variances.
• Established a serving as the contract holder, managed the process of contracts with service parties as preparation and management of the drilling / completion / intervention contracts in compliance with procurements.
• Performed review and ensured the safety aspect of intervention and alternative artificial lift proposals and apply appropriate technology according to the Bases of Designs and Discipline standards.
• Performed the surveillance of the wells against the Well Operating Envelope and other controls. Advice on actions required to maintain wells in a safe operating condition. Develop the PETRONAS Standard Guideline and Surveillance for all element assets to operate the well testing and to comply with the host government authority on hydrocarbon management.
• Engineered and prepare Well Completion, Intervention, Testing, and well-unloading activities through effective and optimum procedures in a timely manner while optimizing the cost to deliver production targets and ensure maximum reserves recovery and reservoir management plan, inclusive that include perforating, Coil Tubing operations, Stimulation, Surface testing, Drill Stem Tests, and Plug & Abandon procedures.
• Performed quality and technical integrity checks in production technology aspects by performing Full Field Reviews through well surveillance activities and wells performance reviews to identify production enhancement opportunities and to maximise hydrocarbons.
• Performed a plan solution & design of new technology applications through identification and support as technology providers to achieve production test objectives and enhance the formulation of assessment FDP studies by applying various wireless functions.
• Managed oversees Well completion activities are fully aligned with Department technical and QSHE standards. Lead and promote the company's policies, lifesaving rules, and culture in all aspects of operations. Strong focus on well control processes and barrier management to ensure safe execution. Conduct any Risk Assessments required to support any non-routine operations or support design exceptions.

As part of Integrated Project management, the main role is to manage the resources of the complex integration Project, which includes, well completion, wireline, slicklines, CTU, subsea, perforation, and well testing until data interpretation objectives. The responsibility of planning, executing, and evaluating the project to meet the timelines within the budgets is also to sponsor stakeholders to complete the project charter, lining scope, goals, and deliverables. Provide strong technical support in all the phases of the completion of installations. Furthermore, maintain firmed communication expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Performed an address and resolved issues and concerns at the tactical level and prepared the design service quality plan including equipment, instrument diagram, and simulation study, with relevant service companies and clients, including wireless systems such as Metol, Muzic Symphony, etc.
• Ensured execution of sequence programs and HAZOP in compliance with company Well Engineering and HSE Management System.
• Performed Onsite supervision of all segment well testing operations and report directly to the company. The drilling supervisor coordinates with subcontractors on site.
• Prepared daily activity and cost operations and established the subsurface well-testing/production logging/MDT interpretation, generated well reports and interpretations for the clients

• Managed preparation and delivery of technical presentations, engineering studies, provided onsite engineering support projects with MPD equipment and processes for the client.
• Performed a Rig up, operate, monitor, and perform troubleshooting of the MPD equipment with ensuring all paperwork and HSE requirements are met and complied.

• Managed all aspects of project preparation and proposals for MPD wells.
• Performed support tasks for project engineers on Managed Pressure Drilling projects planning and execution tasks.
• Performed a support HAZOP and HAZID, Drill a Well On Paper (DWOP) and well-planning meetings, operating procedures in accordance with the type of operation, and optimising P&IDs.
• Follow up in real-time on all regional MPD jobs and optimize overall performance in the operations and optimize the MPD process if required by making calculations/recommendations based on well monitoring. Manage single-phase
and multiphase, steady-state, and transient, hydraulic simulators.
• Performed a support operator with well-balanced surge/swab, torque and drag, directional drilling, and casing running calculations when required.

• Developed and implemented testing plans, procedures, and standards to ensure the quality and comprehensiveness of data collected.
• Performed interpretation of data from computer screens to identify problems and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Performed tests on new wells to determine if they are structurally safe for use Communicating with other members of the drilling team to coordinate testing activities.
• Performed supervision and directed activities of team members during drilling operations.
• Performed Monitoring pressure gauges and recording data to ensure that drilling parameters were within safe limits.

• Performed assembly, Pulling, Running, dismantling, DIFA (Dismantle, Inspection, and Failure Analysis) and commissioning, troubleshooting for ESP units surface and downhole and providing inventory forecast for needed ESP equipment
• Performed designing and sizing the ESP system based on well data, discussing and meeting with Chevron production engineers about any issues of oil production optimisation with rigless/workover remedial action and plan.
• Established a monitoring and surveillance system for ESP and reservoir production optimisation as part of phase-watcher desk engineering
• Performed surveillance and analysis with DCA to predict the efficiency of production on a daily basis with a daily target letter from the client company.
