Lead a team of 8 that is tasked to document an event and advertising it to ensure that our project is getting proper publications. Communicate with participating entities to ensure the events goes smoothly and satisfy all sides. Communicate with external vendors to assist with our event. 

• JUKEBOX 2023 Committee (Public Relations)

 Ensuring our event gets thru the approval of governing bodies of UTP and communicate with all of the participating departments.

• UTP Convocation Ceremony 2022 (Committee)

Assisted with UTP's own Convocation Ceremony and programs.

Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.

Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
