• Participate and ensure clear understanding of the deliverables of the projects Analyze deliverables, advice and seek approval and impart budgetary controls at all stages of the project to meet the project budget
• Review contracts documents relating to the project and ensure accuracy
• Review tender analysis and effect value engineering if needed to achieve budget targets and schedule
• Interact with clients/Project Management Consultants/the engineers with regards to project development
• Monitor progress of the project daily/weekly/monthly to ensure best results through effective coordination with internal and external team( subcontractors and suppliers)
• Provide technical support for the project
• Plan, organize and manage the effective utilization and allocation of manpower
• Ensure the conformity to quality and technical standard Act as a first point of contact for project related issues To develop/groom young engineer to be a better leader and polish their leadership skill To resolve outstanding claims/ certificate with the client – setup committee on the receivables and follow up with the relevant parties
