  • Manage, check, and verify Permit To Works (PTW) to all section including machinery operator, welding team, surveyor, NDT inspection team, welding repair team including support manpower to ensure all personnel knows the limit and security of the working area, construction plan, personnel protection equipment (PPE), level of hazardous, rules and regulation and for the safety awareness accordingly.
  • To appraise, calculate and validate the manpower attendance, workers payroll, man-hours, overtime, incentive, including allowances either monthly or daily term and report submittal to site accountant personnel, Field Engineer and Project Superintendent for further action.
  • To monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project costing including meal, a consumable item such as diesel fuel, welding equipment, and welding electrodes, grinding machine and grinding disc, PPE, transport, etc.
  • Participate in a project meeting, site management, technical meeting with Petronas Representative, Land Surveyor, and company top management to ensure smothering all task, schedule, section, technical issues, management issues, and vendors were controllable.
