- My area of practice includes conveyancing matters ranging from sale and transfer, leasing and tenancies, sub-sales, project management in respect of real properties be it commercial or residential (landed and high rise), banking loan / facilities, conventional and Islamic and refinancing documentations for residential and commercial properties
- I am also involved in drafting joint venture agreements, sponsorship agreements, etc for corporate clients
- Apart from that, I also handle criminal cases and to cite some of my experiences in criminal field, I was involved in a juvenile case charged under section 304(b) of the Penal Code
