• Work closely with customers and process team to resolve tool/software issues, test fixtures.
• Responsible in tester improvement and kaizen projects.

• Assist engineers with design verification test (battery & radio accessories).
• Experience on handling ATE and bench solutions for system characterization.
• Circuit characterization tests (safety and functional) for battery and radio versus temperature.
• System compatibility test for battery performance and capacity study using SUC,MUC and related power supply.
• Analysis on customer return product.
• Experienced in product engineering ( product troubleshooting and improvement)
• Quick response to ECN, EOL, PCN.
• Implement Equipment planning and booking system using Microsoft Access.
• Spare parts management, product engineering, automation program.
• Lead technicians, manage electrical lab and equipment.

• Provide technical support for production.
• Minimize failures at front-end area.
• Engineering support in quality and process improvement.
• Familiar with solder paste printing machine, drying furnace, etc.

• Setup measuring equipments for production (OD micrometer, thickness meter)
• Perform periodic equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Assist vendors for critical equipments calibration ( Flatness tester, Wyko tester).
• Conduct R&R study with customer's side equipments (Komag, Fuji Electric).
