As a Lead Firewater Pump Technician at the Tapis Complex, i would have a critical role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of the firewater pump systems. These systems are essential for fire protection and safety in the facility. My roles and responsibilities would typically include the following:

By fulfilling these roles and responsibilities, i would ensure that the firewater pump systems at the Tapis Complex are always in optimal working condition, thereby contributing to the safety and operational integrity of the facility.

• Conducted thorough inspections and maintenance on mechanical systems, identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborated with engineering teams to design and implement innovative solutions, resulting in improved performance and reduced costs.
• Operated and calibrated a wide range of precision tools and equipment, ensuring accurate measurements and adherence to industry standards.
• Ensure all fire fighting and life saving equipment in good conditions according to ExxonMobil Standard.
• Trained and supervised junior technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and overall performance.
• KEY PROJECT
• 1. In-situ of Main Oil Line Pump Rotor Change Out.
• 2. Induced Gas Floatation Pump Mechanical Seal Change Out.
• 3. Water Injection Pump Mechanical Seal Change Out.
• 4. TAC Major Fire Water Pump Change Out (Diesel Engine & Pump).
• 5. TAE FWP (Pump Change Out)
• 6. Seawater Lift Pump Change-Out.

• Responsible for executing of predictive, preventive & reactive maintenance of critical turbo machinery equipment at Gas Processing Santong. i.e gas turbines, compressors, steam turbines, pumps, and turbo expanders.
• KEY PROJECT
• 1. Amine Pump Major Overhaul.
• 2. LM2500 Gas Turbine Major Change-Out.
• 3. Centrifugal Gas Compressor Dry Gas Seal Change-Out.

• Supervision, project management, reporting to client about overall quality, budget and project schedule.
• Ensure Safe execution of the work.
• Responsible to carry out cathodic protection installation, pipe bonding, metal insulated joint installation and testing.
