- Overcame tough challenge in supervising the project with very detail coordination due additional trades(consultants and contractors) involved in the project such as Landscape,interior design,AV and Acoustic,Lighting,Kitchen and Laundry and Signage in addition to the usual Architechs,M&E, and QS
- Overcame detail coordination infrastructure works due to the nature of the existing surrounding lush greeneries that needed to be preserved as much as possible to ensure completed building should be able to blend perfectly with the existing trees and ground profile

- Unfortunately the project is being discontinued midway through piling works due to land acquisition by MRT 3 project

- Project consisted of Civil and Structural works such as excavation works, Diaphragm wall, piled foundation works and substructural basement works at Bukit Bintang City Centre in Kuala Lumpur
- 800mm thick Diaphragm wall was 22.2 meter depth including 8.0m embedded depth
- Resolved excessive soil collapsed during diaphragm wall excavation by adopting Contiguous bored pile
- Piled foundation consisted bored pile diameters ranging from 1000mm to 2500mm up to depth of over 60.0 m with rock sockets of various lengths
- Substructural works involved 2 levels of below ground(Lower ground) plus 4 levels of basements constructed mainly using Top Down construction technique complete with sets of ground monitoring instrumentations and controls such as inclinometers,ground settlement markers,piezometers,recharge wells etc
- Project was structural works for 1 block of 8 storey Entertainment Hub which consisted of 4 levels of business lots and 2 levels of cinemas of various sizes,Banquet Hall,Hotel facilities,Music Hall and 1 link bridge
- Construction above the podium consisted of 1 Block of 43 storey strata office with 1 level of business lot and 1 level of mechanical room
- Among notable features of the project were long span steel trusses(34.4m),long span RC prestressed beams(59.6m) beams(6.8m depth) and 25.4m high steel roof crown
- Project was structural works for 1 block of 27 storey Hotel above podium starting from 6th floor
- Among notable structural features are deep RC beam at transfer floor measuring 2300mm(W)x2500mm(H) and Drop head at columns

- Piled foundation strengthening consisted of 300mm dia micropile underpinning up to depth of 25.0 m and RC columns/beam and steel columns/beams strengthening for the increased loading due to change in floor usage
- Overcame the main challenge of tight schedule with 7 day 24 hours works at its peak construction period while allowing the mall businesses to operate and at the same time maintaining high quality finishes and strict safe working conditions

- One unique feature of this project are slanted columns at 87.5 degrees and 85.5 degrees free standing to equivalent height of 8 storeys with diameters of 2.5m and 2.0m
- Other challenging features are 1.8m thick transfer slab at level 8,prestressed beam and slabs and extensive Architectural features such as irregular shaped building footprint(curving edge and slanting cladding)
