- Drives activities for Yield and DPMO improvement to support plant performance metrics. Identified issues, analyzed information and provided solutions to problems.
- Provide pre and post prototype build feedback to R&D PCB design and DFM team to optimize PCBA processes.
- CIT for IPC-A-610H. Provide IPC-A-610 training to newly hired employees. Developed online course with Learning and Development team for all related employees.
- Identify gaps in current capabilities and support evaluation of potential solutions to fill needs. Lead reflow oven,AOI,SPI and rework machine equipment and process development initiatives to close technology gaps.
