EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT CUM OFFICE MANAGER FOR MALAYSIA
Acts as the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
Personal assistant job responsibilities include:
a) Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
b) Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
c) Overseeing day-to-day office operations, such as managing office inventory, maintaining office equipment, and supervising administrative staff.
d) Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
e) Managing the MD & CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Office manager job responsibilities :
a) Managing budgets and expenses for the office, MD & CEO.
b) Coordinating with the programmer team to ensure smooth operations.
c) Communicating with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD & CEO.
d) Assisting with various projects and initiatives as needed.
e) Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including managing administrative staff and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. f) Managing office supplies and inventory, including ordering, tracking, and restocking.
g) Managing office budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring that costs stay within budget.
h) Onboarding: Coordinating the orientation and onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions, and introducing them to the organization's culture, policies, and procedures.
i) HR administration: Handling the full spectrum of HR, activities such as personnel administration (proper records organization), compliance with statutory regulations, salary administration, employee movement (transfers, promotions, confirmations, and resignations) processes, and employee benefits.
