My role contributes, responsible for onboarding, activating, nurturing and growing a selected list of ISVs by providing concierge support linked to ISV Market Place Application Publication.

  • Executes structured multi-channel (Call, email, Social) outreach cadence.
  • Support ANZ Market and other countries under APAC which it’s a B2B focus. (Enterprise or above).
  • Targeted Audience – Pre-defined list of ISV’s
  • Support multiple programs within ISV Success which is M365, ISV Connect, Open AI and Expanded Benefits. Each of this sub-program has their own process and flow to be executed.
  • Kick-off Call (Virtual Face to Face) with ISV Partners which to drive about the ISV success goals and to explain our support for the next 12 months.
  • Ad-hoc support role in relation to any technical (Azure, Dynamics 365 or GitHub Repo accounts.
  • Product/Offering Focus – Focuses on offering specific to target audience.
  • Our goal is to get the ISV Partners to publish their solution/application (B2B) into the Commercial Marketplace (Azure, AppSource or Teams).
  • Liaise with Marketplace Rewards Team for further growth for each ISV partner that has published their solution (Transactable).
  • Provide suggestion on what type of Advisory session is suitable based on their solution development as to grow further. We liaise closely with the Technical Team to execute the process.
  • Ad-hoc Sales which we provide 3rd party cloud solution to ISV partners that has interest to further grow and expand their business.
  • Work closely with Manager and Team-Lead to have further development in Work process, Hygiene, Technical session etc.
  • Training readiness for new joiners and ad-hoc training related to existing process (Refresher) and deal successfully in the process development.
  • 12-Months plan to have a close relationship with Partners on GTM Strategies as to build their portfolio.
