Day to day responsibilities
1. End-User IT Support: Respond to various IT requests via Freshservice Ticketing System, Email, and Service Desk WhatsApp
- Provide on-the-spot resolution for Windows, hardware, and network issues
- Set up required IT equipment for monthly on-site events
2. Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts and licenses, including account creation, categorization, and license purchasing
- SharePoint: Perform monthly housekeeping and top up storage as needed
- Email Security: Handle quarantined emails, trace messages, and mitigate phishing attempts
- Intune: Work closely with infrastructure engineers on Intune apps, rules, and device compliance
3. IT Project Execution: Led NAS file storage to SharePoint migration project
- Managed multiple software implementations (HR software, contract management system, training platform, etc.)
- Execute company website and domain switching projects
4. L2 Network Support: Set up internet lines and configure routers for site users
- Perform firmware updates on firewalls
