1. Accountable for keeping of crew certification, crew’s wages, salary

and rest hour record.

2. Assist Master in handling the crews’ welfare & catalyst to create

safe & harmony life among crews

3. Preparing vessel’s pre arrival information including security

information required & all port paper for inbound and outbound

clearance at all ports of call.

4. Act as Head of Catering Department on the assign vessel.

5. Directly involved in planning & purchasing &controlling of food

ration and bonded items for assign vessel.

6. Ensure the effective cost control for food served onboard without

compromising the quality.

7. Assist Master in updating all International Safety Management

filing systems onboard vessel.

8. Prepare vessel monthly accounting report for payroll, Officer

1. Assist Airfreight Manager for handling & operation of Export

Operation by air.

2. Handle the customer booking, inquiries & complaint.

3. Planning and executing & monitor the assign shipment until the

destination.

4. Communicate with destination agent for their incoming shipment.

5. Liaise with the airlines for space for shipment and resolve if any

offloaded issue arise.
