The project included the construction of 452 housing units, community amenities, and infrastructure work, utilizing Industrialized Building System (IBS) and raft foundation techniques.

Highlights:

• Managed earthworks for a 40-acre site, including land cutting and filling.
• Supervised the construction of 452 housing units with accompanying facilities such as a community hall, mosque, kindergarten, shop lots, sewage treatment plant (STP), and complete infrastructure.
• Ensured compliance with government requirements through the implementation of IBS technology.

• Implemented strategic slope and surrounding building protection during excavation, starting from LG2 to B2 levels.
