- To audit, randomly inspect and review site installations, system performance,as-built documentations and pre cod checklist so that COD and/or handover can be recommended.
- Ensure that all international asset achieved the annual Availability by flagging any downtime events and delegate to the Service team/vendor/service partner to resolve immediately.
- Ensure that all international asset achieved the annual Performance Ratio compared to the designed model.
- · Remotely monitor Assets to ensure all plants are operating at their maximum capacity and the team can be aware of any issues and perform the needful troubleshooting if needed.
- Conduct solar plant,inverter and string analysis to find underperformance issue.
- Prepare timely reporting to the Head of Department on all international asset energy yield, PR, availability, periodic O&M activities and cases. Also review performance reports and project specific performance data.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting Department to ensure accuracy of international asset billing to customers and resolve issues if needed.
- Manage the governance of international asset including asset insurance and monthly renewal of internet.
- Conduct contractor sourcing for all international and sabah asset including O&M contractor engagement requires to draft the O&M agreement with the proper scope of work and other related obligations such as reporting, safety requirements etc.
- · Representing the Asset Owner in kick-off and roll-out efforts for implementation of single monitoring platform in all assets.
