Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operation and maintenance (O&M) of multiple solar PV plants to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Monitor plant performance using SCADA and remote monitoring platforms; analyze system data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and faults.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, inverter, and PV system issues, reducing downtime and maximizing energy yield.

• Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical equipment, including inverters, switchgear, transformers, and protection systems.

• Plan, lead, and execute emergency response actions during system faults, grid disturbances, and component failures.

• Prepare and present technical reports, performance analysis, and recommendations to management and clients.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations (OSHA), and industry standards for PV system operations.

• Manage subcontractors and vendors during scheduled maintenance and warranty works to meet project SLAs and KPIs.

• Support asset management functions, including performance ratio optimization and cost control of O&M activities.

• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, maintenance strategies, and digital transformation initiatives for O&M.

• Conducting field services in pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairs especially on the inverter of single phase and three phase and also includes the hybrid systems which requires batteries.

• Provide after sales service support for key customers related residential PV and ESS systems through telephone and email to achieve good customer satisfaction.

• Providing trainings and support to regional service engineers and service partners.

• Providing remote support to customers through telephone and email.

RapidKL Double Deck Volvo B8L Bus Project

• Conducting field services in pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairs.

• Responsible in installation and commissioning of pneumatic, mechanical and electrical system of bus door which includes bar linkages and PLC wiring.

• Program the PLC ladder diagram using CX Programmer software for the bus door application as well as its safety features.

• Do pre delivery inspection for the bus door system before proceeding to after sales activities.

• Provide after sales activities by performing bus door servicing and also troubleshoot problems occur during the bus operation.

• Brainstorming ideas and continuous improvement with customer (PRASARANA) and fellow associates (VOLVO, DENSO and etc) in order to maintain the goal of the project.

• Conduct technical training towards customers (PRASARANA) regarding the application of the bus door systems.

• Provide product evaluation and technical support for internal and external customer that needed professional view about SMC product.

• Design, develop and fabricate control and mechanical system according to customer requirement.

• Conduct diagnosing product failure for machine and equipment from the customer and solve it within the time frame given.
