Responsibilities

• Build and execute capability development plans (training plan, skill assessment, etc) for app vendors
• Build and maintain partnership with content distributor and vendor to enable subscription growth and service delivery.
• Work closely with vendor to identify and implement new product & subscription services.
• Handle OTT, Online Portal, Digital Entertainment & Subscription Products

Job Achievements

• Responsible for building ecosystem of a digital media production with vendors, production houses and distributors for a quality travelogue program. This travelogue program was endorsed by Tourism Malaysia for use in it promote Visit Malaysia campaign.
• Provide strategy support on marketing programs for brand development, product awareness, and demand generation by involving product owner, analysts, and technical consultant to achieve on a 30% increase in subscription.
• Plan and execute trainings on Thailand and Korean Language Censorship for staff and vendor to adhering to the standard guidelines by the government to avoid legal and jeopardizing brand image for the company.
• Liaising with vendor on video/audio transcoding solution using Transcoding Software to conduct training and provide solution by having a cost-saving up to 25% by having an in-house team.
• Managing vendors business relationships on a local level to support and meet subscriptions sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Managing internal and external video materials from partners and vendors.
• Work closely with vendor on Transcoding of file formats from suppliers to company's specifications.
• Identify and perform technical QC report on audio/video errors based on analogue, physical and digital file formats.

Job Achievements

• Provide technical reports viewed by distributors and channel partners as an expert in the field and relied upon to provide accurate and objective feedback and recommendations.
• Work with Dolby a company specializing in audio noise reduction, audio encoding/compression and spatial audio in conducting knowledge transfer on limitation and implementation of the product.
• Plan and execute trainings on Korean Language Censorship for staff to adhering to the standard guidelines by the government to avoid legal and jeopardizing brand image for the company.
• Coordinated with partners and provided response to all queries and maintained efficient relationship by providing training and assists on the guidelines and Quality Control by putting in hand the necessary controls and data analysis, and carrying out any necessary improvement & corrective action both in case of internal & external complains.
