At PRIMO LUXE SDN BHD (DALLY), as an Operation Admin Executive and Customer Support since January 1, 2024, I handle various administrative tasks such as invoicing, payment, logistics, inventory, and office administration. Additionally, I assist the Operations Manager in daily operational and administrative duties, manage sales, after-sales services, returns, exchanges, refunds, and complaints, and oversee campaign shoots and Absolut Bazaar management.
During my tenure from July 1, 2022, to December 31, 2023, at RAZA MOTORS SDN BHD as an Admin & Account Assistant, I managed employee queries regarding attendance and time management, maintained reports and updated financial records, conducted safety training, and supported employee development.
